Watching Terry and Gary at the Coronet in the afternoon working on new music and just having fun jam sessions, I wish I had a cassette recorder. It was great being around when music was being made, and hearing it become something. That was exciting. And Terry would go, 'Let me try the drums.' And he'd go over and sit on the drums, and he'd go, 'I can't do that.'"
After dinner we pulled up in the Econoline. The parking lot is full of bikers and crowds, and everybody wanted to see Max Webster, and there we are in the van. And now we've got to sneak into the hotel. Kitchener was the biggest party town for those guys.
