Sadly, the people there booed them unmercifully because they wanted Rush. Embarrassingly, the 16 year-old me recalls participating in that atrocity. Much later, I researched them and their music, and feel incredibly embarrassed that I followed the crowd-think in doing that. I sure hope they don’t remember that undeserved hate. I’m glad they had a really great run.

The Aragon crowd did not give them a warm welcome. Opening with Oh War when the audience doesn't know the lyrics, maybe not the best move, and Kim giving the finger to the crowd while singing "fuck you instead of thank you, the choice under your breath" did not help the matter. Second night they left Toronto Tontos out and did much better. Always heard that Rush felt bad for Max about those shows. They thought Chicago would love them. They would in '81 after Battle Scar got radio play here.
