Gravity, Words To Words, Distressed, Oh War!, On The Road, Lily, America's Veins, Diamonds Diamonds, Toronto Tontos
A soundboard recording from an unknown venue in February 1977 (probably a bar in Toronto) reveals the state of the band's show at the time.
They play Distressed, a song which wouldn't be heard on record until Mutiny Up My Sleeve next year. It has a much different arrangement here in its infancy.
America's Veins still has the extended ending as it did in 1976, and Diamonds Diamonds is still considerably longer. Words To Words, however, is now tightened up like it would be on the High Class In Borrowed Shoes album released in a few months.
On The Road is performed as a full band arrangement with Kim on electric instead of acoustic guitar (Mike Tilka once stated that they recorded this version as well, and even thought it was released on the 1981 "Diamonds Diamonds" compilation LP, which it sadly wasn't).
Toronto Tontos is stretched out to 11 minutes, with an extended jam showcasing the talents of Terry and Kim.
Kim Mitchell - Vocals/Guitar
Mike Tilka - Bass
Terry Watkinson - Keyboards
Gary McCracken - Drums
